File an application for a well permit from the Tulare County Environmental Health Division.

If EKGSA approval is required, County of Tulare HHS will send permit request to EKGSA.

Landowner required to submit EKGSA well permit application to EKGSA. Well permit document is found below in the "Important Document" section. Landowners can request their WWA# from EKGSA via the email link below.

County of Tulare Environmental Health Division will inform applicant of the determination of the well permit.
