Water Dashboard + Land IQ: Two Tools to Help You Manage Your Groundwater Allocation
Allocations
August 13, 2026

With just two months remaining in Water Year 2026, now is a great time to check in on where you stand with your water portfolio. East Kaweah GSA offers two online tools that work together to help landowners manage their water supply, but each serves a different purpose.

Water Dashboard: Your Water Portfolio Manager

Think of the Water Dashboard as your water accounting system for your entire farming operation. It provides a comprehensive view of your total available groundwater allocation and your cumulative and month-over-month groundwater use, ultimately giving you the information you need to track your water portfolio throughout the water year. It’s the place to understand where you’ve been, where you are today, and how your groundwater use compares to your annual allocation.

Land IQ Daily ET Tool: Your Irrigation Decision Tool

The Land IQ Daily ET Tool helps you make decisions today. Using daily evapotranspiration (ET) estimates, the tool provides near real-time information about crop water use, allowing you to monitor conditions throughout the season and make more informed irrigation decisions.
