East Kaweah GSA staff are finalizing the Allocation Year 2023 invoices. Landowners can expect to receive their physical invoices in the mail within the next week.

An educational mailer about the Allocation Year 2023 invoicing period was recently sent out to all landowners. The mailer stated the Credit Manager will be available starting August 1. Due to delays with Water Dashboard development, the Credit Manager will now be available on Wednesday, August 7. 

Despite the delay, East Kaweah GSA will ensure all landowners will have 30 days from the date of invoice to review the invoices and make changes to the Credit Manager. The Allocation Year 2023 billing schedule will be updated accordingly to reflect the delay.

Allocation Year 2023 invoices include groundwater use for the period between October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023. Landowners are encouraged to log into their Water Dashboard accounts starting August 7 to manage their water usage and customize their order of use to best suit their needs.
