Allocation Year (AY) 2025 Invoicing Period is taking place from May 1 through May 31, 2026. Growers’ statements are available for review on their Water Dashboard accounts.

Before May 31, landowners are encouraged to log in to the Water Dashboard and use the Credit Manager to review and adjust their priority of use, finalize water transfers, and confirm their statement. After May 31, invoices will be finalized and mailed out.

East Kaweah will send finalized invoices in June with payment instructions. Landowners will have until July 15, 2026, to pay their bills. Non-payments will be placed on the 2026-2027 tax roll.

NEW! Updates to the Credit Manager Tool

East Kaweah GSA updated the Credit Manager on the Water Dashboard to give landowners more flexibility and control while managing their priority of use. Surface water is now broken out by surface water purveyor, making it easier to categorize which surface water supply to use first. Landowners can create groups within their water account, for example, by grouping properties within different districts separately, giving those specific parcels different priorities of use to fit their farming operation needs.
