Allocation Year 2025 invoices have been finalized and mailed. Landowners should expect to receive them over the coming days. Payment instructions are included along with the invoices. Invoice payment is due July 15, 2025.
The invoices will included fees for groundwater use between October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025.

Landowners had the opportunity to review their statements during the month of May and use the Credit Manager within their Water Dashboard accounts to adjust their priority of use, finalize water transfers, and confirm their statements prior to invoices being finalized.
The Credit Manager was updated again this year to give landowners more flexibility and control with how they could categorize and apply surface water credits across their parcels and districts. Each year, GSA staff continues to drive improvements to the Water Dashboard to give landowners greater flexibility with how their allocation is managed. The team continues to be available to meet with growers on how they can leverage the available tools to strategize and make the most out of their available water supplies.
